We were able to have Alyssa's baptism last Saturday morning. It was such a neat event!!! She looked so pretty and the spirit was strong. My favorite part of any baptism is when the person receives the gift of the Holy Ghost because there is an immediate change over them and you can see their glowing countenance. We are so proud of her for her decision to be baptized and for all those who support her in her journey through this life. What a special day!!! We were lucky to be able to have Brad's parents fly in from California which is always a nice treat!! as well as family and friends from close by.
After the baptism we took Brad's parents to Charleston. After we got the navigation part down =) we were able to see a little bit of downtown historic Charleston as well as Fort Sumter and the beach. It was a very quick trip but it's always nice to be able to spend time with family. We love you guys!!!!
